2.Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited is interested in a total of 26,827,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company, representing a holding of 5.96% of the Company's issued share capital.
3.AXA S.A. no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
