The Company has been informed that David Gutteridge, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares at 2.4 pence each today. Following this transaction David Gutteridge has an interest in 1,750,000 ordinary shares representing 0.31% of the Company's current issued share capital.
