Cyan was notified on 10 October 2008 that, Kenn Lamb, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased on 9 October 2008 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company at a price of 1 penny per share. Following this purchase Mr Lamb has an interest in 13,700,000 ordinary shares, representing 3.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was also notified on 10 October 2008 that, Dr John Read, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased on 9 October 2008, 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company at a price of 1 penny per share. Following this purchase Dr Read has an interest in 4,113,636 ordinary shares, representing 0.91 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
